The main menu items are mapo noodles and dandan noodles, but the standout we recommend is the mapo noodles.

The tingling heat of Sichuan pepper (“ma”) and the searing heat of chili pepper (“la”) strike a superb balance, letting you fully savor the world of “mala” (numbing spice).
A guide titled “The Delicious Way to Eat at Rousokuya” is also provided, letting you add condiments placed at your table midway through the meal to vary the flavor.
