実物を見られる貴重な機会として「ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO 2019」での展示は広くアート界に存在を知らしめることになりそうです。Sansiao Galleryのギャラリスト高橋さんはアート的な要素も含まれる、ということで声を掛けられたそうですが、初日の早い時間から売れていくなど初速の反響も上々でした。

We visited “ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO 2019,” held as a partner event to Art Fair Tokyo.
The venue is on the 26th and 27th floors of the Park Hotel Tokyo, near Shiodome Station.
ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO (AIPFT for short) is an art fair in which hotel rooms are turned into galleries, with artworks put on display and offered for sale.
Sansiao Gallery
Presenting a lineup of contemporary Japanese artists under the theme “Collectible Japanese Art” was Sansiao Gallery, based in Nihonbashi.
Among the works on view we found something quite unusual — a piece called “Roji-ura BOOK SHELF” (“Back-alley BOOK SHELF”).

This series was developed under the theme of “Tokyo you can display on your shelf.”
True to the name “Roji-ura BOOK SHELF,” these are artworks the size of a paperback book — meant to be stored and displayed on a bookshelf alongside your paperbacks.
With a built-in power source, they let you easily enjoy the atmosphere of a back-alley glowing in the dark right in your own room.

The power switch is set on top of the piece, making it easy to turn on and off.
Shot from above.Since it’s paperback-book size, the depth isn’t very deep. *Hardcover sizes are also available in the lineup.
What’s masterfully done — and truly impressive — is how the alleyway curves at just the right angle, and how mirrors are used to create a pseudo-sense of depth.
Though the piece is small, the design creates an illusion of considerable depth.
Look at the noren shop curtains and you’ll see it clearly — the noren in the back is a mirrored reflection of the one in front. — Shibuya Edition (new)A spider’s web is placed in the back — the fine detail is amazing. — Fukagawa Edition
As a rare opportunity to see the pieces in person, the display at “ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO 2019” looks set to broadly introduce the work to the art world. Takahashi, the gallerist at Sansiao Gallery, said he was approached because the piece also contains artistic elements — and reception was strong from early on the opening day, with pieces selling quickly.

会场位于汐留站附近的Park Hotel Tokyo（东京柏悦酒店）26层与27层。

Art Fair Tokyo의 파트너 이벤트로 개최되는 “ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO 2019″에 방문했습니다.
개최지는 시오도메 역 근처 Park Hotel Tokyo(파크 호텔 도쿄) 26층·27층입니다.
ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO(통칭 AIPFT)는 호텔 객실을 갤러리로 삼아 예술 작품을 전시·판매하는 아트페어입니다.
Sansiao Gallery
“Collectible Japanese Art”라는 주제 아래 일본 현대 작가들의 작품을 모아 전시한 곳은, 니혼바시에 갤러리를 둔 Sansiao Gallery입니다.
전시 작품 중에서 색다른 작품을 발견했습니다. “로지우라 BOOK SHELF(뒷골목 BOOK SHELF)”라는 시리즈입니다.
왼쪽부터 후카가와 편, 니시신주쿠 편, 시부야 편. 각 21,600엔(세금 포함)
“책장에 장식하는 도쿄”를 주제로 개발된 이 시리즈.
“로지우라 BOOK SHELF”라는 이름 그대로, 문고본 크기의 예술 작품으로, 책장 안에 문고본과 함께 수납해 장식할 수 있습니다.
전원을 내장하여 어둠 속에서 빛나는 뒷골목의 세계관을 자기 방에서 손쉽게 즐길 수 있게 해 줍니다.

전원 스위치가 윗부분에 설치되어 있어 켜고 끄기가 간단합니다.
위에서 촬영했습니다.문고본 크기이므로 안쪽 깊이는 그다지 깊지 않습니다. ※단행본 사이즈 등의 라인업도 있습니다.
정말 잘 만들어졌다며 감탄하게 되는 지점은, 절묘하게 굽은 골목의 조형과 거울로 안쪽 깊이를 유사하게 만들어낸 방식입니다.
작은 크기임에도, 상당한 깊이감이 있는 것처럼 착각을 불러일으키는 설계입니다.
노렌(포렴)을 보면 알기 쉽습니다. 안쪽의 노렌은 앞쪽 노렌이 거울면에 비친 상입니다. 〜시부야 편(신작)안쪽 깊숙이에는 거미줄이 쳐져 있어 세심함에 감탄합니다. 〜후카가와 편
실물을 볼 수 있는 귀중한 기회로서, “ART in PARK HOTEL TOKYO 2019″에서의 전시는 이 작품의 존재를 미술계에 널리 알리는 계기가 될 것으로 보입니다. Sansiao Gallery의 갤러리스트 다카하시 씨는 “예술적 요소도 포함되어 있다”는 이유로 참가 요청을 받았다고 하며, 첫날 이른 시간부터 판매가 이어지는 등 초반 반응도 매우 좋았습니다.
