【藝祭2019】印象に残った出品作品《絵画棟編》@東京藝大

藝祭2019

2019年も行ってきました「藝祭」。
言わずも知れた東京藝術大学の文化祭で、キャンパスは一般開放されています。例年9月の上旬に開催されていて、多くの人で賑わっている有名なイベントです。

今回の藝祭は、3日目に台風が接近するという特殊事情もあり、2日目の混雑が凄かったです。

絵画棟

藝祭は藝大内の各校舎や施設で行われていて、美術館で開催される展覧会のように1〜2時間で見て回るような規模ではありません。各校舎の教室やアトリエを使って開催され、全て見て回るのが1日で出来るのか？というようなボリュームで展開されます。
本記事は美術分野の絵画領域をご紹介します、会場は藝大内の美術学部絵画棟です。

2018年の模様は下記にまとめてあります。

友澤こたお茉里音アンナ

アイドルグループ「あヴぁんだんど」にも加入していたこたおさん。2018年の藝祭でも出品していたスライムシリーズの作品が再登場していました。

菊岡穂

以前から「優しい絵画を描くなあ･･･」という印象をぼんやりと抱いていた菊岡穂（みのり）さんの作品。

川端健太

安定の川端さんは、向かい合う男女の小作品でした。

後藤夢乃

藝大アートプラザで同時開催されていた「百鬼夜行展」でも出品していた後藤さん。完成された画力ですね。

鈴木萌恵子

3年生展でも注目していた鈴木萌恵子さん。良いですね！

松森士門

マチエールのつるつる感が気持ち良くて爽快。

中村光美

光の描写が綺麗だなぁ。大岩オスカールさん的な･･･。

那須佐和子

フレーミングの面白さかな。

五十嵐大地

相変わらず上手いですね。

髙橋健太

日本画家の3年生。
ドングリの日本画科学生作品の中にあって、異彩を放つ作品でした。ポートレート作品とストリートアートに繋がる作品の2シリーズを展開しています。学外での展示機会も予定されているようで、注目しております。

AHMED MANNAN（亜破滅怒のMANNAN）

力の入った作家名「AHMED MANNAN（アハメッド・マナン）」さんの作品は、縦長の大きな画布に描かれた油絵です。油画1年生、印象に強く残る作品。

山ノ内陽介

シュールリアリスム作品。しっかりと描かれていて巧さが光ります。

森山亜希

森山さんは既に完成されているので、安心感しか有りません。

山縣瑠衣

「浮遊する変体」より山縣瑠衣さんの《絵の重力、言葉の浮力》。
既に学外での展示も多い学生さん。小さなポートレート作品が印象に残りました。

須田日菜子

1年生で個展の実績もある須田日菜子さん。
コレクター仲間では注目されています。まだまだ伸び代がありそうで、もう少し様子を見たいとの声も有ります。

吉田樹保

吉田樹保さんの《新訳風土記集》シリーズも印象に残りました。
猪瀬直哉さんにもこんなシリーズがあったなぁ･･･と思いながら見てました。

影山凜太郎

好きな作品でした。絵具自身がが喜んでいるような綺麗な色ですね。

山本和真

時間をかけてみてしまいました。不思議な魅力があります。
見ていて飽きない作品には力を感じます。

渡部真梨菜

不思議な光景を描いた作品です。シーソーにはうっすらと人物画描かれています。
美しさとミステリアスの同居。

今年も新しい才能に触れた藝祭でした。
注目している作家さんともキチンとお話を聞けました。ありがとうございました。

Geisai 2019

In 2019 as well, we headed to “Geisai.”
Needless to say, this is the culture festival of Tokyo University of the Arts, with the campus open to the public. Held annually in early September, it is a famous event that draws large crowds.

This year’s Geisai was somewhat unusual, with a typhoon approaching on day three—resulting in an enormous crowd on day two.

Painting Building

Geisai is held across various buildings and facilities within Geidai, and is not a compact event that you can walk through in one or two hours like a typical museum exhibition. Displays fill classrooms and studios throughout multiple buildings on such a scale that seeing everything in a single day is questionable.
This article introduces the painting section of the fine arts field—held in the Painting Building of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Our 2018 coverage is summarized below.

Kotao Marion Anna Tomozawa

Kotao, who was also a member of the idol group “Avandoned.” Her Slime series—exhibited at Geisai 2018 as well—made a return appearance.

Minori Kikuoka

Minori Kikuoka’s works, which have long left a vague impression of being “gentle paintings.”

Kenta Kawabata

Reliable as always, Kawabata presented a small work depicting a man and woman facing each other.

Yumeno Goto

Goto, who was also exhibiting concurrently at the “Hyakki Yagyo Exhibition” at Geidai Art Plaza. A fully developed painterly skill.

Moeko Suzuki

Moeko Suzuki, whom we had been watching since the third-year exhibition. Excellent!

Shimon Matsumori

The smooth matière is delightful and refreshing.

Mitsumi Nakamura

The rendering of light is beautiful. A touch of Oscar Oiwa’s atmosphere.

Sawako Nasu

It’s the framing that makes it interesting, perhaps.

Daichi Igarashi

As skilled as ever.

Kenta Takahashi

A third-year student of Japanese painting.
Amid all the acorn-style Japanese-painting student works, his stood out. He is developing two series: portrait works and works connected to street art. Exhibition opportunities outside the school are apparently also planned. One to watch.

AHMED MANNAN

The imposingly named “AHMED MANNAN” presented an oil painting rendered on a large, vertically oriented canvas. A first-year oil-painting student—an unforgettable work.

Yosuke Yamanouchi

A surrealist work. Skillfully executed, with technique that shines through.

Aki Moriyama

Moriyama is already fully formed as an artist, so there is nothing but a sense of assurance.

Rui Yamagata

From “Floating Metamorphosis,” Rui Yamagata’s “Gravity of the Painting, Buoyancy of the Word.”
A student with a substantial off-campus exhibition record. The small portrait works were particularly memorable.

Hinako Suda

Hinako Suda, a first-year student with a solo exhibition already to her name.
She has drawn attention among fellow collectors. Since she still has plenty of room to grow, some have voiced a wish to observe her a bit longer.

Tatsuho Yoshida

Tatsuho Yoshida’s “New Translation Fudoki Collection” series was also memorable.
Viewing it, I recalled that Naoya Inose had a series of this sort as well.

Rintaro Kageyama

A work I liked. The paint seems to rejoice in its own beautiful color.

Kazuma Yamamoto

I found myself lingering over it for some time. There is a mysterious appeal.
Works you never tire of viewing carry real force.

Marina Watanabe

A work depicting a mysterious scene. Faint human figures are drawn on the seesaw.
Beauty and mystery coexist.

This year, too, was a Geisai in which we encountered new talent.
We were also able to speak properly with the artists we’ve been following. Thank you.

艺祭2019

2019年也照例前往了”艺祭”。
无需多言,这是东京艺术大学的校园文化祭,校园对公众开放。历年在9月上旬举办,是一场人气汇聚的著名活动。

本次艺祭因第三日有台风临近这一特殊情况,第二日的人流极为拥挤。
