SICF19（第19回スパイラル・インディペンデント・クリエーターズ・フェスティバル）に行ってきました。

坪山斉さんの展示があると言うことで駆けつけました。前回拝見した個展がこちらです。

小さなブースという制約条件のある中でしたが、こだわりの展示を拝見することが出来ました。

ステイトメント

コンピューターシステムにおいて、ユーザーを識別するためにIDが用いられる。今や、多くの人々がそれぞれのIDを持ち、あらゆるサービスを継続的に利用し日常生活を送っている中で、IDは現実に存在する人物だけでなく、架空のものも存在する。現実と仮想現実の境界が曖昧になり情報が交錯する世界で、我々に見えているものとは何なのだろうか。
今回の展示「Visualized ID」は、対照的な二つのシリーズ作品で構成する。一つは、実在する人物の虹彩をモチーフとして描いた「Light」シリーズ。もう一つは、複数の人物の顔を再構成し、現実には存在しない人物を描いた「Combine Portrait」シリーズである。

今回の展示は実在しないポートレイトを6作品と大作2作品の構成。

ポートレイトは複数の人物の顔を再構成した、「Combine Portrait」シリーズ。それぞれのパーツが微妙に違っていて、現実には存在しない人物なのですが、答え合わせも楽しい仕掛けになっているようです。

良く見てみると、目や唇が微妙に違っています。

もう1作品は光彩を描いた作品です。坪山さんの作品は塗りの質感がとっても気持ち良いんです。フラットで綺麗な仕上がり。

Hearing that Hitoshi Tsuboyama had a display, I hurried over. Here is the solo show I saw last time.

Although he was working under the constraint of a small booth, I was able to see a meticulously considered display.

Statement

In computer systems, IDs are used to identify users. Today, as many people each hold their own IDs and go about daily life continuously using all kinds of services, IDs exist not only for real, existing individuals but also for fictitious ones. In a world where the boundary between reality and virtual reality grows blurred and information intermingles, what is it that we are actually seeing?
This exhibition, “Visualized ID,” is composed of two contrasting series of works. One is the “Light” series, which depicts the irises of real people as its motif. The other is the “Combine Portrait” series, which reconstructs the faces of multiple people to depict individuals who do not exist in reality.

This exhibition is composed of 6 nonexistent portraits and 2 large-scale works.

The portraits belong to the “Combine Portrait” series, which reconstructs the faces of multiple people. Each part differs ever so slightly, and although the figures do not exist in reality, it also seems to be designed as a fun guessing game to work out the answers.

Looking closely, the eyes and lips differ ever so slightly.

The other work depicts an iris. The texture of Tsuboyama’s paint application feels really pleasant. A flat, clean finish.

听说 Hitoshi Tsuboyama 有展出，我便赶了过去。上次拜访的个展在这里。

虽然是在小型展位这一限制条件之下，我依然得以欣赏到极具匠心的展示。

陈述

在计算机系统中，ID 被用于识别用户。如今，众多人们各自拥有自己的 ID，持续使用各种服务度过日常生活，而 ID 不仅对应现实中存在的人物，也存在虚构的人物。在现实与虚拟现实的界限日益模糊、信息交错的世界里，我们所看到的究竟是什么呢？
本次展览”Visualized ID”由两组对照鲜明的系列作品构成。其一是以现实中存在的人物的虹膜为母题描绘的”Light”系列；其二是重构多个人物的面孔、描绘现实中并不存在的人物的”Combine Portrait”系列。

本次展览由6件现实中不存在的肖像作品与2件大作构成。

肖像属于重构了多个人物面孔的”Combine Portrait”系列。每个部位都存在微妙的差异，虽然是现实中并不存在的人物，但似乎也设计成了一个饶有趣味、可供对照解谜的巧思。

仔细一看，眼睛和嘴唇都有着微妙的不同。

另一件作品描绘的是虹膜。Tsuboyama 的作品，其涂绘的质感非常令人舒服。平整而漂亮的完成度。

작은 부스라는 제약이 있는 가운데에서도, 세심하게 공들인 전시를 볼 수 있었습니다.

컴퓨터 시스템에서는 사용자를 식별하기 위해 ID가 사용된다. 이제는 많은 사람들이 저마다의 ID를 가지고 온갖 서비스를 지속적으로 이용하며 일상생활을 보내고 있는 가운데, ID는 현실에 존재하는 인물뿐만 아니라 가공의 것도 존재한다. 현실과 가상현실의 경계가 모호해지고 정보가 뒤섞이는 세계에서, 우리에게 보이는 것이란 무엇일까.
이번 전시 “Visualized ID”는 대조적인 두 개의 시리즈 작품으로 구성된다. 하나는 실재하는 인물의 홍채를 모티프로 그린 “Light” 시리즈. 다른 하나는 여러 인물의 얼굴을 재구성하여 현실에는 존재하지 않는 인물을 그린 “Combine Portrait” 시리즈이다.
